Service and steaks were good. Recommend better dressing than blue cheese for nice house salad. Found dressing to be bland & extremely lacking in blue cheese flavor. Predominant flavor of French onion soup was salt. Bloomin fried shrimp batter was also salty.

Blooming onion way over cooked. If you’re going to charge extra for asparagus then at least make it the small tender piece and not the big, fat, fibrous inedible pieces. Steak was good!

Came in for my mom’s birthday on November 12 evening. One of the closing servers was not attentive once so ever. Barley checked on us had to ask other servers for things even gave the guy a tip because of how much he was helping us out versus our actual server. Our food all came out wrong I got the filet cooked medium came out rare and my husband got rybye cooked med rare came out well done I’ll post pictures to show. Very upset as basically our whole table is in the service industry and we’re looking foward to this celebration. Will not be back to this location and I recommend you don’t either.

Called in to place a to-go order and as usual, i have been on hold for the longest.. This time I’n so fed up I will never be a patron ever again. Enough is enough already ! Then when they finally get back to you after waiting for so long, you mention that you been on hold for a long while and their response is like they don’t have a care in the world! No wonder their stores are closing one by one, nobody have time for mediocre customer service when people work hard for their money!!!!!!!!!

Ownership/management doesn't staff the store. Half is covered by one server while the other half is covered by the bartender. They're all working as hard as they can but this is NOT sustainable and is a poor customer experience. Routinely you will need your server but they will be stretched FAR too thin. This is why my family shoots this place down as an option every time I bring it up. The quality of the steaks has dropped quite a bit over the past few years. One afternoon I got a NYStrip I couldn't saw through with a chainsaw and the bartender (no server available for dining room...) seemed to be anticipating this event. It had happened a lot apparently. And they kept serving people the steaks??? Other than lower-than-average-quality steaks, the food is usually _fine_ with one major exception: Produce, specifically lettuce, always tastes a day out of date. Every salad I get from this location tastes like the day old, open salad-kit lettuce. Not spoiled, but off enough to be immediately noticeable, every single time. Prices go up, staffing and food quality goes down. The only reason I even give this a three is because the people working are doing everything they can to make the best of a bad situation. The situation being like this for years tells me nothings going to change. The owner is unable or unwilling to put the capital into the business to maintain a baseline of quality, so I fully expect this location to close within the next two years like the Beaches location just did.
