  Had prime rib was ok but it came out not very warm like it was sitting for a while. The waitress never came back until we were done to see if I wanted another beer even though I put the empty glass right where it could be seen and she walked past it 3 or 4 times We might give them another chance but this has happened before

  I had gift cards to use so I can’t really rate the food or atmosphere, my family and I were in town visiting and stopped here after the zoo; we waited 15 minutes and not one hostess, waiter or waitress waitress addressed us so we ended up leaving. The outback in Gainesville gave us a bad taste in our mouth after bad service and this location you got no service at all. Sad to say Outback is rather disappointing now and that all locations seem to be the same

  Although I just got a burger for lunch, I wast to give this 5 star review because frankly, my Bloomin' Burger was totally awesome. Perfectly cooked (medium), the best part, I actually had beautiful crispy bloomin' onions on my burger. THIS was a first! I love this burger its the reason I get this burger (other thank the freaking amazing sauce. But the service was prompt and so courteous, I was a bit taken aback. Great job Outback on the front people. Great Burger!

  Our family came in for lunch Sunday after church, to celebrate our parents 66th anniversary. All 10 of us had a positive experience. The appetizers and all of our meals were great. Our server Chuck, did not miss a beat, his service was on point. When the food runner dropped off our salads, some salad dressing was spilled on the back of my shirt sleeve, and a couple places on my pants. Chuck brought me some wet wipes, and I tried my best to get the stains out. The pants are dry clean only. It’s gonna cost about seven bucks at the cleaners. The manager I spoke with on the phone yesterday evening, did mention that the policy generally is to pick up the dry cleaning bill in a situation like this. I would spend more than that in gas to get back out to River City Marketplace from the beach. I’m just gonna pay it. Back in the day when I was a server, we were always taught to make sure you had a clear path to the table, to set the food down. This is not a complaint and the incident won’t stop us from coming back, of course. It’s just that if.I were a manager, I would want to address this in training. Thank you.

  I must say that tonight was a wonderful experience with my togo order! It's Friday night, a party of 1 so I decided to order online for pickup. A couple of times I had to ask for a replacement meal, but tonight everything was excellent! My salmon wasn't over cooked, the chopped salad was full, and the server was actually pleasant! Thank you for listening to the customers and made the changes. I'm impressed 🙂🙂🙂
