- WFWendy Frailey6 days ago1.0My first time there , went to meet our friends there and we was sitting at a round table and my friend is handicapped and can’t walk by herself her husband was in the middle couldn’t get out and asked one of the young men there working could he get him a refill please on tea because he couldn’t get out the young guy was very rude and informed him that wasn’t his problem, I don’t care to go back because that’s horrible customer service due to him and I drove nearly a hour 1 way to meet my friends there

Unfortunately, my daughter found a decent sized piece of plastic (I’m guessing from a cheese bag) baked into her pizza. I wasn’t planning to leave a review — I just gave her some of mine and moved on. Later, I received a text asking for feedback, so I left a sad face and briefly mentioned what happened. I honestly didn’t expect much to come of it, as many large franchises don’t usually follow up. To my surprise, first thing Thursday morning I received a text apologizing for the issue, assuring me it would be addressed with the staff, and they refunded my order. I truly didn’t expect such a quick and thoughtful response. Thank you to Newk’s management for excellent customer service. We will definitely be returning.
