I wasn’t planning to leave a review — I just gave her some of mine and moved on. Later, I received a text asking for feedback, so I left a sad face and briefly mentioned what happened. I honestly didn’t expect much to come of it, as many large franchises don’t usually follow up. To my surprise, first thing Thursday morning I received a text apologizing for the issue, assuring me it would be addressed with the staff, and they refunded my order. I truly didn’t expect such a quick and thoughtful response. Thank you to Newk’s management for excellent customer service. We will definitely be returning.
