It was not prime eating time, the staff were walking around behind the counter with cell phones in their hands instead of getting orders out. It appeared there were only 2 people out of the 4 at the register and the drive thru window. The other 2 would fill a drink and go back to their cell phone as an example. Disappointed in some of their food, but the fries when hot are delicious, as are the corn nuggets.

But surprisingly she knew a lot and answered all of my questions without needing any assistance from other workers. My food was hot and fresh as well. My order was correct and I didn’t need any replaced or exchanged. Thank you again Yani.

They have several locations but 103rd service just different all together 💖 Yani is one of my Favorite she is always very attentive to her customers….
