No apology from the employee. They need better training or at least have some type of management in each shift.

No one gave updates or explaining what’s going. The drive through line was constantly prioritized, I saw people line up in the drive through and get served multiple times and we still weren't served. It’s an absolute joke. Customer service none existent. Make this make sense.
