The manager on the other hand is typically pretty apologetic and tries get the order correct with the least amount of hassle possible although I haven’t seen him in a while I feel like this McDonald’s create an unwelcoming environment and unhealthy workspace

Once they handed us the bag they walked away and we were unable to tell them that they forgot our large French fries. We had to park and get out of our car to go inside and get the missing item. Once we got home we realized the double quarter pounder we ordered was just the regular single patty. I paid extra for a smaller sandwich. Very disappointed in how the drive thru was run and the accuracy of the order

After waiting for 20 min for a medium fry , and being moved up twice , The manager DANIEL , had an employee come outside and ask can I just come inside . I had my 5 month old child in the car at the time so after desperately needing my food , I got myself and my baby out of the car . No apology no nothing . Horrible Horrible Horrible management .
