I have to ask almost every time I order from them for condiments, napkins, and a straw for my beverage. Their sodas taste metallic or ocean like at times which means they need to change their filtration system. They need to clean their lobby and bevrage bar area every 1 to 2 hrs. Thei DT time per customer wait time is over 5 minutes. I do understand their are not enough employees to handle the multiple work overload.Like I don't expect them to be the top tier like Chick-fil-A but to have better service to customers in food management. I also believe, America McDonalds need to step their customer service skills up and have better quality of food like Europe because in Europe their McDonalds is professional and speed of service is like Chick fil A... I hope management make changes for their employees to perform better with enough staff to better suit the customer needs. It is not mostly the employees fault it is the corporate fault.

Ordered online and when we pulled up to the window the woman that was supposed to give me my receipt stood at the window just scrolling on her phone. She didnt even look up or acknowledge we were at the window. Another lady put her head out the pickup window and hollered for us to come down that way and when we did she basically laughed at us when we wanted a receipt.

You can’t even order your food without them talking to 10 other employees about their weekend or whatever else you’re trying to order and they keep interrupting you with events that they’re talking about that has nothing to do with work. This place sucks management needs to get a control get handled disrespectful, ignorant, no concern, lack of professionalism unbelievable service.
