  /23/25 why we sat in drive thru for over 20mins waiting on someone to take our order come inside the lobby is packed the parking lot is packed no one has come to the front just to acknowledge or to apologize for the wait I placed my order spending almost $30 for my children breakfast before we get on our 5 hr drive back to Panama City. I used to manager a McDonald’s and as a manager you should have someone checking the front counter and acknowledging your customers I don’t care how much of changes has been made no one at the counter at all, if they are lacking the staff they need to hire reliable workers I have a niece and nephew who are literally looking for work and who don’t mind working but every time they have came to ask if this McDonald is hiring they say no but the lines are always long and also slow and the lobby is always back so today I decided to do a review come on now they need to do better literally! Now in lobby and have been waiting in here over 20mins so look at the time we have been here again got of if thru 10:22 came inside places order at 10:23 and just now got food at 11:03 See receipt and pictures And still called the 800 number while waiting on my food so said one customer had been in there for since 10:12 some walked and said they were going to dispute the charges because they were waiting for so long and manager never came out!

  I ordered through the app, and the double cheeseburger I got was so old and cold that the cheese wasn’t even melted. The fries were just as bad—cold and stale. The service matched the food, unfortunately. The only thing they got right was the Sprite!

  Ordered a McDouble and a double cheeseburger which come with onions and pickles… got neither. This was not the first time this has happened this location seems to be more of a pattern than anything. This is one of, if not the only time that I actually like Pickle. I don’t expect McDonald’s to be gourmet, but the bar is set pretty low and still find disappointment

  This McDonald’s is going down hill. We have come every week for two years. Speed is decreasing, amount of food is going down. Some friendly employees but ultimately don’t care when things don’t go well. This picture is apparently a “full” large frappe.
