  I don't know wth is going on with mcdonald's but it's sad, the orange juice was sour, the sausage mcmuffin smelled bad, Hash browns were half cooked, server was cranky. Only thing at mcdonald's worth buying nowadays are fries and coffee. Damn shame

  I work as a cna this location is right by my clients home. Sometimes we order doordash to my clients home order isn't ever right always missing items or things requested like sauces. Today on way home from work my family asked for dinner so I stopped to grab food thinking my order would be right bc im in person and not doordash this time. Needless to say I was wrong. I ordered 50 bucks in food getting 4 meals for our family. I paid at the 1st window and the lady was so sweet went to the 2nd window got my drinks the young lady Chloe was nice then at then3rd window is where it went crazy. I waited and waited she came back with one bag that clearly wasnt my order bc I ordered 4 meals so I asked is this mine she said no once I told her my order and walked off when someone yelled it wasnt my order to her. Then she came back with my order as I thought bc she had this brown bag and a the kids meal I got. Bag was sticker shut so once I got home I opened the bag to a 10 peice nugget which I ordered the meal and a quarter pounder burger and my fries wasnt even filled right. I had to call this store 10 times before someone picked up. I live 15 mins from this location. I had to go back now to pick up my food bc I didnt get my bacon mcdouble and my triple cheese burger. So since I opened it touched all over the burger they gave me I knew they wasnt wanting it back since I worked McDonald's as a young adult I know the rules. All I wanted was my burgers I didnt get and I listen to these employees say how dumb I was and etc bc I didnt bring all my food back. Why my family is eating what we got I only left what a burger on my stove top bc im livid im wasting my time nc u didnt do your job then you want to talk shit behind the counter thinking I wouldn't speak up which I did. Won't go back to this store. I also kept being told I didnt get items that I stated I did if they shut up and listen to the customer like ur supposed to do as ur job. If they need help I can spend a day for free showing them how u cook bag and check the order before handing it out to a customer bc its called customer service for a reason. Today was very shocking to hear a manger and employees speak on customer the way they did not knowing some people have mental health problems and that stuff dont fly very well so it puts everyone at risk when u can do ur job and be respectful. Trying to say I didnt spend 50 busy bc I spent 48 and some change its the same damn thing. But in the end Chloe fixed my order and half ass listened so she did a bit better in the end and did help me. But during asking a million times for her name to let corporate know she helped me she didnt want to give me her name bc she was also part of that talking group thinking I couldnt hear. but I wanted to point out even tho she did slip up she did fix the problem and I am thankful she took the time to fix it and listen at the end that I wasnt taken the extra food that I got that I ordered only wanted what I was missing that's it nothing more. I work for my money just like they do if I pay for it I expect it if I didnt pay for it then I understand but I paid for it ordered it and waited that hole time and was nice thru it all until u didnt do your job right and then you talked crap bc I didnt bring a burger back but I called u before I came back and why would I waste my time gas and money to come back wanting only 2 items on a huge order. I did contact corporate and I am waiting for a call back so they can know the update it was fixed but it was a crap show to get to that point.

  The night shift cashier on 12/11/25 at 9:56pm was extremely rude for no reason. I requested for fresh nuggets like I always do the cashier going to tell me she doesn't work in the kitchen, like I don't know that. It's an issue now on asking how you want your order when im paying for the service. I definitely want be back at this location.

  The employees and management are fine. They're pretty nice and the atmosphere is good. But I think somebody lack a wee bit of listening/reading skills. Either that or every other day must be opposite day. I order iced coffees a lot. When I ask for extra cream, I get no cream. Or very light you can't taste it cream. When I ask for light syrup I get extra syrup. When I order a McChicken and ask for add slivered onions I get dehydrated onions. Who wants dehydrated onion on their McChicken? When I ask for extra Extra onion and pickkes on my cheeseburgers I get NO onion and NO pickles. Maybe if I'm lucky I'll get a pickle. One pickle. Lol you guys are silly! This actually happens at other locations too. But I come here the most. Oh and why do I always get cold fries? Every.. single.. dang.. time? I give up. 😓😒😭😭
