This is the worse McDonald's in Jacksonville ever single person needs to be fired and they need to bring a new team in .. I've been coming here 2 years now .. and I've seen so many fights arguments horrible staff do nothing to fix anything and always give people hard times if ask anything

We were giving raw chicken , and half done fish sandwich. We also was miss the kids meal.

I Ordered 4 Oatmeal’s and 1Sausage McGriddle . I didn’t get the McGriddle at all and just plain oatmeal no fixings. No ones answering the phone.

You say your 24 hours but thats a lie, you got your employee just sitting there ignoring the drive thru, this is just sad how are you going to pay someone to just sit on their phone and ignore customers

I'm late sharing this, but on Tuesday January 6th, I stopped by, and I haven't been to a McDonalds in forever, but I wasn't having the best day and I needed some greasiness..anyways, from the drive through taking my order, the service was absolutely amazing! Just so kind and helpful, calling me ma'am and then saying I got you mama ....to the pay window with the young lady who was taking my order through the drive up...to the next window, where I was met with a beautiful smile from the young man, and I just had to tell them, they made my day, evreyone was so nice and McDonald's, this young man upsold everything, reminding me to scan the bottom of my reciept for extra stuff ..not doing it, bit still ...all of your morning shift that day needs a freaking raise!!! Thanks to them for making an actual not so great morning an A+ ..I just gave 4 stars cuz the food could have been hotter, but all in all, the folks need some recognition.....
