Hayes5 days ago4.0I'm late sharing this, but on Tuesday January 6th, I stopped by, and I haven't been to a McDonalds in forever, but I wasn't having the best day and I needed some greasiness..anyways, from the drive through taking my order, the service was absolutely amazing! Just so kind and helpful, calling me ma'am and then saying I got you mama ....to the pay window with the young lady who was taking my order through the drive up...to the next window, where I was met with a beautiful smile from the young man, and I just had to tell them, they made my day, evreyone was so nice and McDonald's, this young man upsold everything, reminding me to scan the bottom of my reciept for extra stuff ..not doing it, bit still ...all of your morning shift that day needs a freaking raise!!! Thanks to them for making an actual not so great morning an A+ ..I just gave 4 stars cuz the food could have been hotter, but all in all, the folks need some recognition.....

- LLLaShantaDec 15, 20252.0Didn't order anything guess it was during another shift change this the second time this happened to me but atleast the 1st time someone acknowledged the fact they was changing shift. On 12/2 no one acknowledged our presence and had many cars in the drive through ended up leaving; and we can cleaely she staff walking around doing there thing even know have plenty cars lined up. Lost a lot of business on 12/2 around 10pm-11pm and this not the 1st time so I suggest you all fix this issue, should not have to completely ignore shut down for business jusTo change register, not good for business.
