  Waited over 10 minutes for our food and the sad part there was no one in drive thru or in restaurant. The fountain machine needs cleaning, especially the ice chute which has black mold all around it. Employees were not friendly, did not acknowledge us.

  You have chocolate you have milk but you dont serve hot chocolate..... shake and ice cream machine needs to be DEEP CLEANED DAILY!!! not weekly. Yours tastes like mold because its moldy. Your making the public ill!!!!!!!! As a past employee of McDonald's your staff managers also are not meeting a standard set by the McDonald's corporation. They should really rethink your licensing and investigate your franchise.

  Staff was very nice but they were making every single car pull up and park to wait for their order. So there were four cars piled up in a tight corner and then they brought out everyone's food at the same time. This was very unnecessary and they do this in order to fudge their drive thru speed. Turns out it was the regional manager instructing them to do this, therefore I will be calling the corporate office to report this. Also, their ice cream machine has been down for at least three months.

  I went to the drive-thru because I was in a hurry. I ordered a crispy chicken mcmuffin and was charged for a crispy chicken biscuit which costs more. After I paid I saw the charge and asked to have the order corrected. The man at the order window told me he couldn't change it and when I told him there was a difference in price he told me there wasn't and closed the window in my face. I'm sure about the pricing because it's the only breakfast sandwich I get from McDonald's. When I got to the pickup window and checked the order, I did get the crispy chicken mcmuffin, but paid the higher price for the crispy chicken biscuit. Obviously, this is not the first time this has happened. I have to wonder how many customers have been CHEATED at this location. I have only been to this location once and will never spend money there again.

  I do not recommend this McDonalds to anyone..when I asked the MANAGER to add whipped cream to my smoothie she continues to say it would be 64 cents which was fine I paid. She hands me whipped cream into a second cup very rudely with no top to accommodate the cup the smoothie was in for when I have to literally dump the whipped cream onto my smoothie which is very “ghetto” ..I asked for a lid and she THROWS a flat lid into my car at me! That’s right THROWS it ….this is a MANAGER!! I was able to get the correct lid from another worker there who came to the window with kindness, his name was Jai if I spelled it correctly. I want to thank him!!!! But whoever this may concern I recommend you remove this nasty untrained grown elderly woman from this position immediately! I am a manager myself and I would never treat my customers the way she treated me today! My husband was also there and witnessed it..she is very lucky I was raised with home training because I could’ve handled the situation differently.
