- MFMarvin FowlerDec 27, 20251.0I was on my way home after a 9 hour shift I stopped here about 11:15 pm and ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with mayo and medium fries, When I got home to look at the food I was so disappointed and disgusted to see my burger’s with dryed up hard cheese like it was sitting under a light with hard bread on the corners also There was a half cup of fries that were cold and brown. I took pictures of this just to show there management what was served to me. I called and the store’s numbers out of service!! Unbelievable !! There was no one in line in the drive thru and the inside was empty so there was no reason this should have happened!! Poor customer service at its finest.. and This is McDonald’s !!! It’s not about the price or the item’s ordered but the Quality of the McDonald’s Brand!!!

I always get through within five minutes and my food is always fresh and perfect, I get a sausage egg McMuffin for reference and it's never burned. Always perfectly warm. love this location!

Their ice cream machine is always"BROKEN" more like they're too friggin lazy to clean it so it's easier for them to have someone clean it at the beginning of their shift so no one sees that it had been working earlier throughout the day.

Called store and manager Zack stated he would fix problem and come back at some point and he would assure to have it fixed. Came back into town today and came back to store and was greeted by a very nasty lady ! This was about 8p.m on December 5th. He or her said they did not recollect the situation and she treated us with a nasty attitude! Never, will go there again !
