The last 3 weeks I’ve put in an online order ahead of time for pick up at curbside. each time I’ve had to go inside after 15 minutes of waiting, no long lines, just slow employees. I’ve never gotten a sorry or anything resembling courtesy when I have to go inside. The first time I went in, there a few people in line waiting with no one to help. Finally the manager came over in a hurried state. She asked who was next. The two gentlemen who were at the front of the line looked at each other out of respect to see who was next which only took about 2 seconds and because they didn’t respond in time she left the register in annoyance and went back to doing other things. McDonald’s , you’re doing everyone a disservice to not teach basic customer service at your stores.
