Sat in drive thru for 15 mins repeatedly being asked if I was ready to order after I had already (just two drinks and fries) because the line wasn’t moving and I was stuck in place. Then when food finally began getting handed out, employees spoke with a rude tone and almost seemed annoyed. Didn’t even give me straws for my drink. Had to ask twice for sauce and still never got it right. Fries weren’t fresh despite waiting in line for that long and no food being sent out, as well as weren’t salted. Just simple basic service isn’t a thing at this location. An employee also was handling personal business at the window, someone pulled up and got out of their car next to mine to go to the window I was at and talk to the employee, yet I still never got my sauce.

Every chain in the area has been very accommodating with such large orders especially with 3+ hour notice given. I guess this business isn’t tryna make money.

I have to repeat my order eight times because they ask for my order and then talk to someone else inside of McDonald’s and don’t even listen for the order and then ask again and then ask again and ask again because they’re not listening not because the intercom doesn’t work but because they just don’t want to listen and they are so slow if you want to wait at McDonald’s drive-through for an hour come to this McDonald’s
