  Extremely slow - I sat in the drive through line for 20 minutes and couldn’t get out cuz of the curb. Was ready to leave without my food or refund had I not been stuck. Idk what’s going on here but these employees need some serious help, training, something. Absolutely ridiculous.

  Food was awesome .. customer service was absolutely awful .. no one manning the counter and when they finally did approach they acted like it was a major bother... Asked if they had iced tea since nothing was near the says machines and the employee huffed and said YEA then walked away without helping... Not even crazy busy at the time... Just rude ... Thank goodness the good married it worth it

  Helen was great!! Nothing like a bad day but the fast food is great! Good attitude and very quick with the order! Very nice when people care about their customers! Didn’t really visit often before but I can guarantee a come back knowing it can be worry free!!

  I was in my in from out of town and stopped to grab a bite. Not only was the food hot and fresh. But I was greeted with such warmth. I don’t eat beef nor bread. McDonald’s has moved salads off the Menu. Trying to find something to satisfy me was hard but my mom’s needs were met. When the manager came out with our try to the table. She greeted us again and asked if there was anything else she could get for us. My mom made a comment that I wasn’t able to get anything and that we had been driving for a while. The manager then asked what did I like maybe she could suggest something . When I told her my eating habits she said. I can get you a bed of shredded lettuce and some cheese and tomatoes and put your chicken breast on top. This was the most generous thing I’ve ever encountered in a restaurant. She told me that she wanted me to be satisfied and if I needed anything while visiting them she would do her best to accommodate me. My faith in people was elevated and I’ve become a fan of this restaurant. I will make it a must to visit when we travel back through. Ms. Helen was her name and I absolutely applaud her service and care for me as a customer. Over and beyond is a understatement.
