She set up the dishes, dropped off drinks and pizzas, and then basically disappeared. No check-ins, no personality, and no effort to make the party enjoyable or even minimally supported. To make things worse, when it was time to pay, I was suddenly told there was a $50 “service fee” added to the bill — a fee no one mentioned at booking or anytime before payment. Even the waitress didn’t know what it was and had to ask. I was told it was a “house fee for the kitchen,” which felt misleading and very unprofessional. For a place that markets itself as a fun, family-friendly birthday destination, this was a huge letdown. I hope management addresses these issues, because the experience we had was nowhere near acceptable.

We played for 30 mins straight before I went up to another server to ask for our specific lane server…nobody came. I went up to the front desk and spoke to a manager and she was able to accommodate by giving us extra time. We received our server 15 mins later and she took our order, we didn’t get our drinks until 20 mins later and mind you there is hardly anyone here at 12:30. There should be no reason why we are waiting this long for drinks…

We celebrated my daughter’s 7th birthday there yesterday, and she keeps saying, “Mom, this was the best birthday ever!” It was truly a memorable day. Spending the extra money on a private room was absolutely worth every penny. The service was exceptional, and our host went above and beyond to ensure everything stayed on schedule while also being super helpful and welcoming. Thank you again to everyone at Main Event for making my daughter's birthday so special!
