Well, that's what happened after I went to MAA KITCHEN (on Philips Hwy), and got the Butter Chicken w/Jasmin rice and garlic Naan. What are my take aways? The Service was SUPER, and Lovely, Gracious And FRIENDLY!! My first visit, but I was treated like a regular customer they've known for a long time. The entire staff, from Sherry (the nicest and hardest working manager) to Sai (apparently is excellent at everything!) To the owner Sundeep..every everyone in between....all Stellar, Honorable, and Good people❣ My butter chicken had layers upon layers of flavor. I got it with a little heat. The sauce, so tasty, I scooped it up with the garlic naan. If I wasn't out in public, I would have run my fingers around the bowl😀 The rice was Perfect each grain held a hint of flavor. I ordered an extra garlic naan to make a pizza later with the extra sauce. Can you say Anticipation? I am a future regular. TEN/TEN on the Enjoy-O-Meter (real thing😉.) ❣

But today’s experience was honestly very disappointing. The biryani I received tasted not good like what you normally serve. It was completely dominated by ginger garlic flavour, almost like eating ginger gralic biryani, and the usual biryani aroma and balance were totally missing. It felt bad because I expected the same taste I’ve always enjoyed, but instead it turned into something I couldn’t even finish. I truly hope you take this seriously and look into what went wrong today. Please make sure the quality and consistency stay like before — as your regular customer I really value that.
