  Wanted to try the new Fall flavors and they only had the Maple frosted and didn't want to make any of the others. I asked how long it would be so I could come back and the girl just shrugged her shoulders and said it would be a long time...I bought a dozen but I won't be back to this location...

  HELLO MANAGEMENT?? Showed up at 8:30 no donuts they said come back in 30 minutes. Came back 30 minutes later and waited in the drive-through for another 30 mins…..WOW

  Ok so.. a lot to unpack here. Keep in mind that we showed up right as they were closing. The food was very par and selection not great. But we still got a dozen of what we wanted. Whew. There was some trash on the floor I picked up, the crew thanked me for it, very nice of them. I had brought my children and we watched the guy clean the conveyor. Now. ready for the kicker? the reason I left a review? They spare no expense for your washing of hands experience. There was sanitizer and hand soap and best of all when you wave your hand for paper towel... ahh the most beautiful thing happened... a foot and a half of paper towel came out of the dispenser... and it was more than 1 ply!!! Bravo. Standing ovation. Tis the season to be jolly with dry hands. K bye.

  I will start by saying the staff saved this from being a 1, but the General Manager was rude and not very helpful. The app wasn’t working (not her fault) but asked her what specials did she have. She said none. I walk outside and see a sign that says buy a dozen get a dozen for 9.99… I asked her staff about it and they were very helpful. I then asked if I could trade 3 of the donuts as I didn’t like them, (for glaze) and was told you have to get the Halloween pack as it is. Again, she didn’t say it, she had a staff member say it to me. Overall not great customer service. I’ll just stick to the drive thru going forward. Just grab and go.

  The manager will try to go tit for tat with customers, even when the customer doesn’t care and is leaving the store already. If you dislike your paying customers stay in the office! Also why is it pitch black outside when your store is open and you have no lights in your drive thru? Are you trying to see who the bravest customers are before you take their order? Never mind don't answer because we already it’s going to be a rude reply. I would keep a very tight budget with this location. I’m ready to see the last few letters on their street sign go out. I remember why I stopped doing cross town deliveries to the north side for this store now. They are RUDE! One time I had a delivery pickup for this location and the whole lobby was filled with people shouting! Number one THERE WAS NO LINE. They just picked and choosed who they wanted to help and it became a mad house of upset customers. After 40 minutes of waiting for a customer’s food I just left! Didn’t get paid for my drive there or the wait and I definitely didn’t care because I was only going to make $9 anyways. I think that same day I went acrossed the street to Dunkin and picked up two customers orders and thankfully made up for the lost time. Thanks for the refresher on how this location handles customers. I almost forgot!
