  Lights on means hot donuts are ready, but not here. Sold a full line of people and then we waited. 20 minutes later they said another 20 minutes until there would be donuts. Keep in mind we already paid, so we're locked in. Young man went to get the manager to give us a refund, then she argues about giving us a refund and has an attitude with the folks asking for a refund. We won't be back

  The donuts and coffee are great! The walk in service could be better. My server was polite but slow. Waited 10 minutes to order a donut and ice coffee. Someone with an online order cut the line ahead of me. The server mistakenly entered a hot coffee. Wanted to delay completing the sale until her manager came and voided the hot coffee and added an iced coffee. Fortunately the manager was there and said don't worry about it. There were extra employees that could have helped. They all seem to be concentrated on filling boxes of donuts. There are even some stacked in the lobby. The donut machine making the donuts is really cool to watch. They do need to clean the window so it's easier to observe.

  It goes without saying that Krispy Kreme had the best glazed donuts ever. But what some people may not know is how great the staff is. In particular, Ms Janel Case. She is awesome. She greeted us with a smile, and a donut, when we walked in. We had great small talk all while she was filling our order. This was our first time meeting her, but when we left we felt we'd meet a new friend. She provided great service and an inviting attitude. The perfect combination for someone in the food service industry. Thank you Janel, it was a pleasure doing business with you.

  If I could give a zero, I would. I've come here twice in the past 2 months, and I've had the unfortunate experience of a certain lady being on her shift every time I've come. First off, she always has the rudest attitude to not just me but I saw her act rudely to a LITTLE GIRL who came to order donuts with her father. Additionally, she was making her other workers tend to the donuts because she's too lazy to do anything herself, and like I said, when she did take someone's order, she has the worst attitude. She was wearing a grey shirt and she didn't even have her name tag on because if she did, all the bad reviews would be about her. Furthermore, every single time I've been to this location, they're always out of speciality donuts, and even on some of their signature donuts, instead filling each of the shelf's with glazed. I don't know if it's because of the time I went to the store but they're putting out more original glazed than any other flavor. I asked for the available flavors and one of the guys told me what they had in the display shelf's was what they had available. However, they neglected the fact that they had many trays of Boston Kremes in the back. I hope the woman gets fired so hopefully the next time I come to this location, it has a happier atmosphere. on top of EVERYTHING I've mentioned, the glazed donuts we ordered had random black specks on-top of them. Clearly they don't clean the glazing machine correctly, I believe that girl also works on that machine too, maybe she's too lazy to clean it and doesn't care much about it. Genuinely the worst store I've been to and it's ridiculous that I have to write this review, I'm surprised this location doesn't have a lower rating because of their attitude, I really don't like posting negative reviews and being a Karen online but this genuinely ruined my day. Please fix this place man.

  My daughter and I pulled up to your drive thru window on Wednesday. February 25th about 3:30 pm. I ordered a dozen donuts. In my order were 6 crème filled with chocolate on top. All 6 of them plus an extra that I bought had just a dab of crème in them. Somebody wasn’t doing their job right. I was very disappointed since I live in Melbourne Beach, Fl and our closest Krispy Kreme has been closed. Also should note that you were out of so many donuts that we asked for. We bought the last 7 crème filled ones. You had about 6 different ones to choose from. Why were you out of donuts if you’re open till the evening. Poor planning! Wanted you to know!
