  I like Krispy Kreme in general, but this location is notorious for being terrible for their customer service, friendliness, and "Hot and Ready" donuts. Most times when the light is on, they don't even have anything yet. They tell you to come back in X minutes (15 in this case) when they are, and you come back well before that (less than 10), they tell you "sorry, we don't have them" Seriously? Why tell people to come back but don't honor the time? There's one lady there that's very snippy with people, and this young guy that is on drive thru that's very slow. I would avoid this location.

  I ordered from an app called Too Good To Go and my pickup window was from 8:00 to 9:30 p.m.. I arrived just after 8:00 p.m. and the store was closed with a sign on the door saying staffing issues. I understand if they don't have anyone to work but they had the ability to cancel my order on the app and they didn't. I know they have this ability because I have had other restaurants cancel my order when they ran out of food as this app is for excess food and helps prevent food waste at a discounted cost. If other stores have the ability to cancel my order if something happens I know they do as well but instead I along with another customer that pulled up right after me, was inconvenienced and wasted time and fuel and then had to file for a refund. It's a simple courtesy to cancel orders in advance for customers that order from the "too good to go" app if they are going to be closing early.

  Do not place orders online. When you go to pick-up, they're "out" of what was ordered. This is the second time this has happened. There needs to be a system in place to not allow customers to purchase items online that aren't available. Also, please fix both the "broken" chiller and frozen latte machines.

  Allowed orders placed days ahead for Christmas Eve. Showed up right at open when order was supposed to be ready and was told that they didn’t have anything with absolutely no apology while offering donuts to walk ins. Employee was extremely rude. Even if it wasn’t their fault that they ran out before fulfilling our order (which I find very hard to believe), they could’ve communicated or at the very least apologized. Don’t allow orders you can’t fulfill. Employees are consistently rude here. They also usually only have like 2-3 options for donuts on any regular day. I don’t understand how they remain in business

  On December 16, I placed an online order for 615 pick up on December 17. I ordered the peanuts dozen. I woke up and traveled the 45 minutes to get to the store as it is the most convenient location from where I live. I ordered it for the next day, knowing that I had a previous experience from when I ordered a specialty dozen and none of the donuts were available, even though it let me place an order online for them. I get to the store right as it opens and customers were already in line before me thinking that my order was already placed when I heard the employee say there was no more peanuts available. I got kind of concerned. I saw no pre-order boxes already made so I asked if I was going to get my order since I placed it online the day before the employee instructed that unfortunately I would not. The customer that was before me gave up his peanut dozen that he was about to purchase so I could get the one that I prepaid for. I’m not necessarily mad at the store but more so with Krispy Kreme in general. You should not allow for customers to place orders for same-day pick up for a specialty dozen if not all the specialty made donuts are available. Furthermore, if a customer places in order for a dozen like the peanuts that order should be filled before any other customers have a chance to buy it from the case the fact that I got mine because someone gave up theirs does not sit well with me. A customer that place an order a day before should have their order ready when they walk in the store. I did not get their names, but the employees that opened the store and we’re there at 6 AM are very good employees and treat their customers with respect. I do have a question though if you have a popular dozen such as peanuts, I don’t understand how you can only have a handful of Snoopy donuts and that’s it, nothing else?
