  Absolutely horrible communication. I walked in And ask if they were had any special specials going on, yes we are running a special right now If you buy one glazed dozen and you get a second for $9.99 I said any, , he said yes. I through all of this shit to pick the second one and they charge $17.49 Not once did anyone say there was an up charge nor did anyone say the Variety wasn’t included. I literally asked!! Do you think they corrected the error at the register? Nope just argued with me about how they do it and why“because you got different types of donuts” In the end It ends up being $30 and change. Absolutely horrible customer service. She did absolutely nothing except tell me he was wrong after the fact, did not even want to correct their error just said are you gonna pay for this and then I’ll explain it to you, very rude. Never buy here again. Avoid it people at all cost unless you want to be robbed then told how you are wrong to question it.

  So what a scam! Mystery solved! So you think you’re getting fresh donuts if you go to the Atlantic Beach location where they make them fresh?!? NOT! Only if you get the hot donuts off the press. The last several times they have not been fresh except the original glazed. She said the ones that are served in the morning and during the day are the ones they make the night before. I told her can I please have fresh donuts and she said she would have to ask permission, she came back and said I can only have the ones they made last night only. She said the fresh ones they were making are going to retail locations. This is so sad, my family has always liked KK. The lady waiting on us was nice. Unfortunately I already said I would bring a few dozen donuts to the event so I had to buy them.

  The person working the drive thru window must have been in a grumpy mood. I tried to strike up a "good morning " chat, but got no response. Maybe he wasn't awake yet. 😉 All in all...the dozen originals made up for it! YUMMERS! 🤤😋☺️

  I am a fan of Krispy kreme when I go to Florida... how ever I am always disappointed when I go there and u people no longer make the blue berry glazed .. it disappointes me greatly. That is my favorite donut
