  I've eaten here one or two times a week for the last couple of years. No more. Absolutely the rudest staff in town. I stopped by the drive thru today and pulled up to the speaker. Employee: "What you want?" No greeting no courtesy. I ordered my sandwich. Employee: "Pull up". When I pulled up to the window I handed her my card she swiped it and handed it back, wordlessly. In fact she never spoke to me a single time after I ordered. Didn't tell me the amount, nothing. After a longer than Jimmy John's normal time she opened the window and literally threw the sandwich at me. No "thank you" or "have a nice day". She never even acknowledged my existence much less my business. I made an exaggerated attempt at loudly saying "thank you" but obviously this didn't move her. After leaving I called and asked to speak with the manager. Her name was Brittany and after speaking with her I realized that common courtesy is a foreign concept at this location. Plenty of of sub shops out there. Avoid this one.

  The girl savanna made a sandwich for me without any of the substitutions I asked for I am allergic to certain things which is why I asked for those substitutions.. when I got to the window I noticed her making my order but didn’t include the substitutions or add ons… so I asked her did she make the sandwich correctly because the receipt didn’t have the substitutions are add ons… Savannah said yes and also said our coke is out we are going to give you a new coke after we change the the coke… when I got home I noticed that the sandwich was not at all what I asked for and paid for and the coke was dead air no taste just flat. I called the store back and asked to speak to the manager explains my allergy’s and that I’m pregnant and I’m not understanding how this mistake was made… Savana started laughing and telling me to calm down it’s not serious and she forgot the order of the sandwich and was very argumentative and provoking the whole phone call, all I wanted was a remake and for them to acknowledge they were wrong and she shouldn’t have lied about making my sandwich correctly.. Savana stated she didn’t care I’m pregnant and I shouldn’t be getting worked up over a sandwich.. who is she to tell me how to feel when I just drove 20 mins to get something to eat and my order was wrong because of her mistakes. I am livid I am very upset and I have still not received my refund… Savana provoked me the whole phone call which it could have led to a diffrent altercation I will be filing another complaint on this location and returning in the am to speak with higher ups I’m glad it’s funny I want. To laugh to!!! Update manager called and fixed everything and apologized and that’s now how that location conducts business I’m very pleased with the fast response thanks for being attentive to this matter overall makes me feel better thanks again

  We came to eat lunch here today and from the parking lot we actually started having a conversation with one of the workers here who initiated the conversation with Addison was super sweet. Every single person in this building has a wonderful attitude. The place is super clean and this is probably my most favorite Jimmy John’s ever.

  Not very inviting. It looked like the original store and the menu was in chalk, not what I expected. Skippy sandwich, but tasty. I will definitely go again but to one of the newer places.
