  The food is absolutely delicious! I enjoyed a shrimp and oyster meal. The oysters and fried pickles are scrumptious!

  I doordashed the wings and shrimp combo and you know they are a place that charges for sauce so I paid for 2 of them on door dash the sweet and tangy and they sent me shrimp and wings with NO SAUCE and the receipt that was stabled to the bag clearly said 2 x sweet and tangy sauce NEVER AGAIN my first time and my last time there! They have the customer service and brain of a McDonalds employee , can’t even read but want to charge extra . SMH

  Horrible smell upon entering the restaurant. Service was slow and not welcoming. The food was okay however after smelling the inside I was concerned something may have been spoiled.

  This is by far the worst Jax Shrimp and Chicken franchise ive been to of the 3 locations i know of in Jacksonville This Edgewood location food is gross and the staff isn't nearly as pleasant to deal with. I will NOT waste my money nor time coming to the Edgewood location ever again!!

  I’m so upset my friend told me to try them. I ordered the 20 piece wings special and I didn’t open the pan until I got home…(Definitely my fault.) The grease is way to old the chicken had an old taste and is dark as old grease. I went around 4PM no way the grease should be like that. A waste of money and food.
