  Whoever makes these pizzas is a real chef , he knows what he’s doing ,and aims to please. We have also had some killer hot buffalo wings and I just feel they go hard , and it’s not overpriced at all

  Music very loud couldn't even hear the people asking you questions about your order. I'm ladies in the back preparing the food one was wearing gloves all the time the other one not all the time. Heard them call her Channel I believe. She would be hiking up her pants and then not washing her hands and at one point ran her hand up her face across her nose and not wash hands. My order was wrong and she started telling the gentleman when he mentioned it to her started saying it was right. I'm allergic to green peppers so I know what they look like. He ended up re making the sub. My husband was able to eat his and I took mine to go home. Ending up being greasy and I couldn't eat it I spent $25.

  Went to the Goodfella at the Gateway location(Norwood location) after seeing a special advertised on the outside window that included a gallon of sweet tea. My daughter went in to order and came back out with only a small cup of tea. When I went inside to ask about it, the man cooking the food rudely said they are “under new management” and don’t honor the deals posted outside I have to look at the board. I said That’s false advertising. He then offered a refund, I immediately accepted then said he couldn’t give one because the manager wasn’t there—even though he said the manager would arrive in 30 minutes and the cashier stated that he was the manager as she rushed out to catch the bus. After waiting much longer, my daughter went back in to ask for an ETA on management. He then said he would need to call his manager to get a code to issue the refund. By this point, I had been waiting over an hour. My daughter waited inside for about 10 more mins before he refund her my money in cash. SMH The employee stepped outside several times and clearly saw I had small children waiting in the car. This isn’t about the tea it’s about terrible customer service and lack of professionalism. It wasn’t what was said, it was how it was said. I was simply trying to support the business. I will not be returning. Sn* he did offer 2 more cups of tea but at this point he had already, left a bad taste in my mouth.

  The personal pizza combination w/ Italian sausage, pepperoni & bacon was good, a lil spicy for me, but still good.
