FYI they do read your comments when placing. Whitney had great customer service, she reiterated my order, and was so kind. My food was fresh, delicious, and cooked to my satisfaction!

I wouldn't know how to rate the food because after waiting for nearly 30 minutes for 1 meal ( there was only 1 small order ahead of me, by the way) I couldn't wait any longer. Upon asking for a refund for the meal I never got, the manager tried to downplay the amount of time I waited, then hung up on me. So if you want to be ignored, belittled and forced to wait an abnormally long amount of time for your food when there's nobody ahead of you, by all means, waste your money here!!
