  The food is great and the service is top notch! Jasmine, specifically, is why I continue to visit this establishment. I was having a tough day and she put a smile on my face. Thank you Flame Sushi and Jasmine!

  The food was great, sashimi was fresh, and every sushi roll that we tried was delicious! I gave four stars simply because I wish there were more options for appetizers, hibachi, etc. also, it did take a while for the food to be brought to us, it was not that busy of a night when we went.

  I like this place. The food and service is good. I wish they had more vegetarian and vegan options. Nevertheless it doesn't take away from the food itself if you're not and the fast service.

  This is our favorite spot in the neighborhood! As a Japanese person, I’m very particular about sushi, and I was truly impressed by how fresh and clean their nigiri looked. The rice portion is perfectly sized. The rolls and hot dishes are also great, but what really stands out is the service. I’ve had Jasmine twice, and she was wonderful.

  I was already having a really horrible day, my husband suggested we come here. Being sushi I was up for it. His way trying to cheer me up. Came in for the first time. Food was great. No complaints there. Got told twice about the $0.75 waste charge for each piece of sushi that was left. Understandable. 1st waitress was sweet at first. 2nd one came who told us had a nasty attitude AFTER we told her the other waitress already went over it with us . And yet she didn’t do it to the other tables. After that both of them were smug. One waitress was flirting with the two guys at the table next to us. Both of them went to the tables around us to check on them. Not once were we checked on. Most of the time you could hear them joking and goofing off by the service area. I would rather listen to a screaming baby and nails on a chalkboard blended together than what I was hearing. No one offered a refill or anything. When I was done my husband wanted a little bit more. We sat and waited, one waitress grabbed another table’s slip and walked right by went to the table seated behind him and got their slip. Just walking by multiple times this happened. When they were by the service area joking around like it’s middle school my husband was staring right at them even waved trying to get their attention and was ignored yet again. I was fed up and we asked for our checks from the host. We got our tab and while pulling out my card the waitress finally asked my husband if he wanted a refill he said no thank you and she slammed the cup on the table. Upon leaving they wanted to be smartasses saying have a great day, merry Christmas, just real smug they knew what they were doing and it took ALOT for me not to turn around and give them something to be smug about. I have never been disrespected like that anywhere. Not even at my job. So thank you to the staff (except the host) that was working in the afternoon on 12/11/25 for making my day a whole lot worse. I really appreciate it. 😡.
