We appreciate the ability to customize, that we can see the kitchen and the fact that nothing is ever frozen. The difference between this five guys and other locations was the burger. Well done, without being burned and NOT greasy. Whatever they're doing, they're doing it right.

I never had an experience like this before there was so much attitude and negativity when trying to order. That’s the only thing that was bad. There just needs to be better customer service.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
