We appreciate the ability to customize, that we can see the kitchen and the fact that nothing is ever frozen. The difference between this five guys and other locations was the burger. I never had an experience like this before there was so much attitude and negativity when trying to order. That’s the only thing that was bad. There just needs to be better customer service.
