- MCMark CassidyOct 3, 20251.0Ordered burger and fries 30 minutes before closing time. The burger was fine. The fries were poured into the fry basket to the order which made sense at the time. The fries were then dumped from the fry basket into the fry bin which was loaded with salt from all of the salting of the fries for the day. Then the fries were scooped up which made all of the salt at the bottom of the bin stick to them. They were so salty, they were inedible. I was wiping my tongue with a napkin they were so salty. I tried tapping them, wiping them with napkins to try to get some of the salt off of them, but I ended up having to just throw them away. Horrible experience.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
