When I entered the store, an employee wearing a burgundy wig was working the front area. I greeted her upon arrival, but she did not acknowledge me. When I asked about the order, she told me it had already been picked up, but the way this was communicated was rude and dismissive. I understand that multiple drivers may have come in for the same order, and I recognize that this situation was not caused by the store employee. However, as a delivery driver who was simply doing my job, I should still be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism. The tone and manner in which this was handled made the interaction uncomfortable and unnecessary. I am reporting this so the situation can be addressed and future interactions with delivery drivers and customers are handled respectfully. Thank you for your time, Manuel

From the food being prepared bad, to a location forgetting to put meat on my to go hamburger, I’ve just despised this franchise. However, this time I have a different opinion. My girlfriend was hungry and wanted to get fries and a shake. I decided to get something as well. The food was very flavorful and the fries were cooked and seasoned to what I would consider perfection. I still feel it is very overpriced but this location ran things smoothly and took care with the cooking of the burgers and fries . Well done.
