    This has to be the worst five guys location in Jacksonville. This is the second time we’ve ordered online and they messed up our order again. This time they sent us with half our order missing, when I called to ask if they could make it right they agreed, which I appreciated. Drove all the way there and the manager I assume who was on shift was at least apologetic and told me we could make a refund request online for the inconvenience. However when we got home we opened our burger and it was missing a patty. It’s a burger, how do you miss the meat? Inconsistent quality and constant errors is all you’ll get from this location!

    Requested a pick up order online. We were told it would be ready in 8-13 minutes on the website. We arrive 14 minutes later and was told it wasn’t ready. Meanwhile, people came in and received their food. After THIRTY minutes, someone asks what my order is under and he proceeds to grab the three bags off the warmer that had been sitting there the entire time. The young man at the counter has an awful attitude problem. There are plenty of other people looking for jobs. I do not recommend this location. Paid $95.00 with a TIP for this service. Got home and food is not warm! No thanks!

    Took 35 minutes to get the food out, there was no one else in the restaurant at the time…then i found a hair in my food as i was biting it…just asked to replace my burger order and i did, but the burger was came cold and old. I just left it at table this was terrible. Pretty disappointed as I use to love 5 guys…

    Rude manager who wouldn’t honor the bogo coupon instore as their district manager had shut down online ordering because they didn’t want people using the coupon. Illegal business practices and false representation of coupons. Avoid

    The company I work for regularly places lunch orders, typically around $85. Your online ordering system does not provide an option for “bun on the side,” so I adjusted the order accordingly. When I arrived, your staff refused to provide a bun under any circumstances. I immediately went to a reputable restaurant that had no problem accommodating the request. This kind of rigid incompetence costs you customers and revenue, and today you lost both.
