Everyone took time to say hello and have a great day. Even asked how we enjoyed our food. I will definitely be back. Also asked about a Veteran Discount and the manager was very very sorry but didn't offer one, but did thank me for my service. That was just as good.

He takes the time to explain things to his trainees, and he takes pride in his work. If you get the chance to frequent this restaurant, I highly doubt you’ll be disappointed. The food is always perfect. The fries always hot and crunchy and delicious.

The food was amazing but the customer service was even better. There was a tall guy working the counter, I hate I can't remember his name. We told him it was my friend's first time eating here and he was very informative and welcoming. The food was cooked to order, flavorful, filling and hit the spot! Customer Service is a big thing for me, and they nailed that as well.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
