Nobody was answering the phone for hours when I tried to call and just warn them if they send my actual bagel out that customer is gonna be upset too. No customer service care and clearly employees lacking common sense.

We do not eat pork but they feel as though everyone eats pork so they will literally add bacon to everything even if you substitute. Won’t ever go back, upon getting our refund the toaster was smoking and we left smelling like burnt bread say your money. They didn’t even refund the total amount. Needs better management.
