Zemmoia, Madi, and Laura truly went above and beyond to make my experience delightful. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to accommodate my requests made all the difference. While I enjoy all three locations, this one has quickly become my favorite. Thanks to Zemmoia, Madi, and Laura's amazing service, they have gained a loyal customer in me.

I'm there daily and everyone recognizes me and my order when I come through and they automatically have my requested ice cup waiting, I don't even have to ask for it anymore. I was a daily patron of a large chain down the road and I haven't been there in over a year since this Dutch Bros opened. The employees that consistently deliver excellent service that I recognize daily are: Lenora, Gisselle, Olivia, Maddie, Mikayla, Rae, and MC. I always receive excellent service from all the employees, but these are the names I've gotten to know. I have a custom order coffee and with other places it's hit or miss on the mix but I have a perfect coffee every time from here. I would give 100 stars if they had the option.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
