  Alexis and Malea were nothing short of amazing this morning. Bright smiles and excellent service while I was trying to get my life together. They were very patient and kind. Thank you for starting my day off on the absolute right foot!!

  I love Dutch Bros. It was great. The only thing I realized that my order wasn’t fully what I ordered. They missed some ingredients and I paid for it. The only problem was that my husband picked up the order and didn’t realize that they were wrong.

  Honestly, this review is long overdue. I've been going here, almost every day, since they first opened. Leilany is the most amazing person at this location. If she ever were to leave, for any reason, I must admit I would miss her. Always full of energy and ready to make whatever it is I come up with. She gives great hugs too but don't ask for one lol. Dutch Dawg, Elana, Jae and Ron always make sure I'm taking care of too. (If anyone reads this and I forgot your name I apologize) I have never had a bad experience here with anyone seriously. Then there's Lauren and I get it, she is the boss. But unlike most businesses, she is a boss that cares and takes care of her customers. She even knows me by name and that says a lot. I would just like to say thank you to every last one of these individuals, for ALWAYS helping make my day better each day. If you haven't been here, you should give it a try and if you have and had a less than great experience, You should give it another chance. Not much they can do if you go when it's extremely busy.   If I could rate this location higher than a 5, I would. The service is always top tier. I have never had a bad experience at any hour of the day when visiting. The staff is so kind and are always taking a moment to be genuine and personable. As a QSR manager myself, I would hire this staff based off of how much they truly do go above and beyond for their guests!

  Ugh. I hate to leave this review but there's really no way to contact Dutch themselves. Maybe this will get through to someone. Drinks are 99% of the time top-tier, INCREDIBLE. (Only when they forget to add the sprinkles to the whole drink when they're supposed to be is my only complaint there, and it ain't much) My problem is every time I'm there to pick up a mobile order, about 80% of the time, I show up quite a bit AFTER the 5 minute pick up time (I keep ordering earlier and earlier, hoping it will be done in time for once) and STILL end up having to wait for them to make the drink. I just don't get the point of mobile ordering and the pick up times if they literally can almost NEVER make it by then, regardless of whether they have people in the drive thru or not. The same situation has happened multiple times now with only one car there waiting on an order. The other thing is I consistently see people standing around while I'm waiting on my drink too (and while people are actively in the drive thru during these times), which is the more frustrating part, because I'm thinking the reason the orders take so long is because they're all standing there talking and not paying attention to the order screen. 😬
