We always order the same product, and unfortunately, it never tastes the same. In fact, each time it seems to be prepared worse than the last. What happened today was unacceptable. We were literally served ice with cinnamon. The drink had so much cinnamon that the color was completely brown, and the taste was terrible. It was impossible to drink. It was a very unpleasant experience, especially considering we are paying for a product that should meet at least a basic standard of quality. It is clear that there is no consistency in the preparation. Each employee seems to use different measurements, and even when ordering the same item, it never tastes the same. Management should ensure that staff follow proper recipes and measurements to maintain consistent quality and flavor. I am attaching a photo so you can see what I am referring to. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning.

This morning at 5am my app had sort of a glitch and ordered to another location they were so accommodating and nice. Made my order perfect per usual and i got a full concert! Beautiful voice from the gentlemen making my coffee. Thank god for building one on argyle because i dont think i could take another incorrect latte with a side of attitude from the Starbucks near by. Always a pleasure at dutch bros and to be honest every Dutch bros ive gone to even out of state is always exceptional!

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
