- KMKatelyn Markley3 days ago5.0Moved here from the Midwest, tried Dutch Bros twice now. AMAZING!!! I want to mention that the staff is extremely kind! I arrived a bit later than anticipated and instead of giving me a cold sandwich, they took the extra step to ensure it was warm for me. Very thoughtful, so sweet, they all deserve the highest praises! The drinks are delicious, sliders are fabulous! I’d choose to drive 15 minutes to this location than 5 minutes down the road to a different coffee shop.

The ladies in the drive thru was nice but the coffee is not worth it. It’s like premade coffee. Sweet for no reason or bland for no reason. I say that for we ordered more than 2. Would I try it again? Meh I’ll leave this for the younger folks

I can surely take my business elsewhere. Don't even waste your time trying to call the 800 number because it is absolutely ridiculous. You can never get a live agent on the phone. I believe they purposely set it up this way to avoid having to talk with customers. How are you supposed to be aware of your customers having issues with your locations, if they can't speak to you directly? Customer service should be priority. Get it together Dutch Brothers!!!

Their coffee is so smooth, no bitterness or burnt taste like the "Other" place. My ONLY regret is that there isn't one where I live in South Carolina 😭. Way to get it absolutely right Dutch Bros...take a bow! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
