- ACAoife Cunningham2 days ago1.0Hate to be this person, but these employees seriously need to be re-trained on the culture of this company. Sarcastic and snappy, not to mention slow. Dutch Mob seriously needs to revisit this store, no custie should feel like a burden for ordering a drink. And no broista should be argumentative when a custie says it was made wrong and politely asks for a remake. Disappointed is an understatement.
- TTT2 days ago1.0I’m a big fan of Dutch Bros and I think their drinks are some of the best, but almost every single time I come to this stand in particular me and the people I’m with are met with impolite baristas, and any time we have to ask a question or ask for a drink to be remade they are rude about it, and most recently even argued that a drink was made correct even though it was a completely different color and taste than it always is. I understand having hard days and that it’s frustrating to have to remake a drink or get held up by a customer, but these drinks are too expensive to walk away with it tasting off or sour and actually arguing with a customer about it feels wrong. Every visit here seems to be a new negative experience.

They have better customer service than most Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts. I love the double rainbow lemonade refresher it’s so refreshing and good.

They offer plenty of options — from cold brew and specialty drinks to classic drip coffee. The cashier was friendly and helpful, and the service was quick and easy. A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
