Apparently, he only received part of his order, and after waiting a few more minutes, he walked away. At least 2 people looked directly at me, and neither of them acknowledged me. It looked as though there was only one person working both the hot and the cold drinks and they were not moving with any urgency whatsoever. A delivery driver comes up, and they immediately acknowledge him. I canceled my order and went to the airport location where the service is MUCH MORE consistent. Even if they are extremely busy, they acknowledge everyone coming through that door. New Berlin needs a refresher course in customer service.
