- PPPatoDec 21, 20251.0*Cruel Behavior* Are you mean to disabled people like this too?* The man on the speaker 9:55am Dec 21st, 2025 was extremely rude and raised his voice to speak like a woman like me and had an attitude. All I said was “Mobile order Samantha” When he asked. Then preceded to talk like a woman and said “Who?.” “I don’t have mocha for you.” Then I heard the store laugh. I said nothing. My husband went inside to get my pre paid order. The store manger was a part of it laughing. Apparently they went on to talk about my husband’s appearance and his ears saying he looked like an elf. This is horrible kindergarten behavior. How do you treat disabled people too? This is NOT RIGHT.

I hadn’t realized until a customer that came in shortly after realized and asked where my food item was when I only had drink fulfilled after waiting a good while. I thanked that man walking out but that shows unprofessionalism on the store with customer prioritization.
