  My parents and I come here for breakfast once or twice a month and have been doing that for a few years until today, we decided to have Culver's as our meet up spot instead. The last few times we came to this location, the staff have made my sandwich wrong and the most upsetting part is the customer service. Today, my mom ordered sourdough breakfast sandwich with sausage, egg and NO CHEESE. The staff made it with cheese, we informed them of this due to allergy sensitivity we cannot have cheese, and so, they made a new one. The second time around the sandwich was burnt, missing an egg and sausage. Yes, you read that correctly. My mom went up to the counter to inform them of this and their manager or alleged self claimed, "director" came up and was extremely rude, dismissive and unprofessional. He stated that this is how the sandwich is made. Dunkin corporate, please verify with that your sourdough breakfast sandwich is indeed made without an egg and meat? And is it your standard practice for managers to be unprofessional with customers?

  Placed a mobile order and was only given 3 out of a total of 7 items ordered. They did not have any of the donuts available that i ordered but it was available on the app at that location. Slow service

  Always something wrong at this location. Wrong drink, wrong food, wrong donuts, incorrect order. Can’t think of one time I’ve been here and everything has been correct. Ladies who run the place don’t care to fix anything either. Worst location I’ve been to

  yea this dunkin is easily the worst one ive ever been to. ive been 3 times and each time theres been an issue whether its my coffee being made incorrectly or my food being stale/cold. the employees here are also extremely rude and like to roll their eyes when you ask for them to fix the issue. i wont be returning

  This Dunkin Donuts on Parkway had a very dismissive staff. I bought 4 dozen donuts and jug of coffee and I asked if I needed to come back or wait. I was told it would be done “when I am done making them”. I guess making donuts means picking them out of a glass case and putting in a box and not actually making them in the back. I guess spending 100 dollars at your store doesn’t mean you will get courtesy. Communication should be improved if you are the face of a customer oriented company.
