  The Good -Drinks are good -Donuts are good The Bad -Only 2 employees have been nice to me so far, the rest are very moody all the time -I order the same drink every-time, Iced vanilla latte and every other time I go they mess it up, sometimes it has 2 pumps vanilla, sometimes 3, sometimes 4. Shouldn’t there be a set amount of pumps unless asked otherwise?? -Wait times are really long, maybe because it’s popular and new

  This dunkin has only been open a few weeks and service already sucks. We ordered two small hot cocomoca lattes and one didnt even have any chocolate in it at all while the other was fine. We ordered donut holes and while I understand it says some will be substituted based on availability if we ordered various flavored ones why would you substitute plain donut holes? Or at least not even say they were substituted. Finally when we got there to pick up our order we got to the speaker and said we were there for a mobile order. When we pulled up to the window the lady just stared at us and didnt say anything until we finally said we were there for the mobile order. At this point just stick with starbucks or any other coffee place.

  The food and drinks here are amazing as Dunkin can get and the service is as fast as a newly opened place can get with fresh workers too! However I do not like the fact there is someone in this review section that is lying and slandering the workers at Dunkin at a brand new location that is trying its best to fit in with northside Jax’s culture and people. Brooklyn don’t lie to others who are trying to get breakfast in the morning!
