    Although I kinda got lost in the shuffle, just for a bit, but the ladies behind the counter after realizing this went out of the way to make it a good experience because of their cheerful attitude and acknowledgement 🥰 that's customer service 💜

    As convenient as it is to have a Drive-Thru it was very inconvenient to have to sit at the intercom in the pouring rain with no covering as I ordered,My vehicle was soaked

    I’m so glad I wasted 45-minutes of my Sunday (yes, 45-minutes in the drive thru) to receive an iced coffee that tastes like vegetable oil and tobacco, a bagel breakfast sandwich absolutely cold as ice with the stalest bagel I’ve ever tasted and hash-browns that taste like they were marinated in dirty dish water. I wish I could say something about the two doughnuts I ordered, but, they weren’t even in the bag - shocker. I hadn’t had Dunkin Donuts in years and I remember why now. I will never return to this location, and quite frankly, never to another Dunkin Donuts as long as I’m alive.
