Furthermore, when these errors occur, the team offers no apology or resolution to address the inconvenience. I am also deeply concerned regarding the lack of hygiene at this location. I have observed that the floors and counters are consistently unmaintained, and staff members often appear unkempt and do not wear gloves while handling items. Due to these ongoing issues, I no longer feel comfortable patronizing this establishment and will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope you will take the necessary steps to improve the standards of this location for the benefit of other customers.

My 2 biggest gripes about this particular Dunkin donuts is you better have plenty of time to stop and not be in a rush. It could take 15 minutes just to get a coffee and bagel and that's with nodoy in front of you. My other gripe is the fishing for tips. Instead of taking your card through the drive through they hold the card reader out the window and the first thing it ask for is a tip. I haven't given one yet nor will I as long as this continues. If you want tips offer faster service and tips will come.
