When I was ready to place my order the person on the intercom told me one moment, and that moment turned into almost 10 minutes of waiting!!! I then said “HELLO?”, the person responded, One moment we’re really busy right now, I have other people in front of you that we’re trying to take care of”…..WRONG ANSWER! I didn't say anything, and I just drove off because I really can’t believe he said that…THEN, when I drove off there was only one car at the window?!! Smh. You never tell a customer that! You suppose to apologize for the inconvenience, we’ll be with you shortly”. That’s what you suppose to say! Please do better with the service..

When I walked in, there were three employees one of the women was just yelling and writing stuff down. The other woman and a guy was helping close a cup together. I stood at the register for three minutes with no response from any of them. Someone finally came to the register when I decided to turn around and walk out. Don’t waste your time they were so gosh dang rude. They could have said hey ma’am, we were swamped give us one moment. I would’ve patiently waited. Not saying anything to anybody when the whole Duncan was practically empty is insane. There was no one else in there except for me. Don’t waste your time. They’re just so disgusting.

Usually it's just a large coffee, just seems like a waste of time and money at this point. I'm sitting in the drive through now and have ample time to post this review. Nothing against the team here but bruh, get it together my goodness. Do better.
