It tasted like plain black coffee with no sweetness or mocha at all. Total waste of money. This location clearly needs better training because this is not how the drink is supposed to taste.

She goes above and beyond—whether it’s starting on regulars’ orders the moment she sees them walk in or welcoming new customers in a way that makes them feel instantly comfortable. Her leadership shines through in how she keeps everything running smoothly, even during busy rushes. She stays calm under pressure and sets the tone for the whole team. The Bartram Park location is by far the best Dunkin’ around, and it’s because of people like Amaya and the wonderful crew here. With so many coffee shops to choose from, it’s the warmth and sense of home at this location that keeps us coming back. Management should be incredibly proud of the team they’ve built here—it’s an outstanding experience every time.
