  I love coming to Dunkin on soutside in the mornings. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming and the food always comes out hot and fresh. I highly recommend stopping by this Dunkin. Thank you all to the amazing staff for making every visit wonderful and welcoming.

  Omg almost $8 for a large HOT latte. It was room temp and so sweet. I couldn't drink it. It tasted horrible. It tasted fake even.

  Personally I go to this Dunkin every day due to it being less than a mile from my home. The attitude’s here switch up daily. Narissa is not good for business or aware of how The food industry works, whether fast food, whether they’re dining in. Some days they make their cold foam and others they just use the same whipped cream. You can get in the store which defeats the purpose of me going to a coffee shop. The last two days I’ve went here. They have forgot my cold foam. There are other days. I’ve had to turn around from work just to get items they forgot to put in the bag. With that being said, we all make mistakes and have opportunities to correct them. I took my child in on the weekend to pick out donuts and he did not like them and just as if in any food industry, all I asked was for them to switch them out and all I heard was about the policy. Now remind you I go here everyday and on this day I spent $30 not to mention every other day I also spend money.So I asked her if she could grab a manager and she told me no that’s just the policy. Whether the policy or not, I asked for a manager and did not receive one and second I’ve worked food industry for years before if a customer doesn’t like something it’s OK to switch it out and if you don’t have the authority just grab the manager I asked for. I mean they do throw away all the donuts at the end of the night so for principal to make a small child happy I personally would have switched them out. I would have rather a manager tell me no that’s someone who didn’t even try to make the customer happy. I just walked away because I don’t wish to treat people how they do.
