I just had an experience where the employee had no idea about anything I was ordering. We had to wait about 5 minutes before anyone even realized we were in the store. The cashier didn’t know what the egg bites were, he didn’t know how many shots of espresso are in a drink, and he couldn’t understand that 2 orders of egg bites meant 2 boxes and not just one order of two. It was a stressful encounter and not fair to the customer or the minimum wage employee.

On multiple visits across day and night shifts, I have witnessed managers yelling at and disrespecting employees in front of customers. Most recently, I overheard a manager gossiping negatively about a specific employee right next to the front counter, in an area easily audible to waiting customers. This repeated pattern of harsh public interactions and gossip creates a tense environment that affects both staff morale and the overall customer experience. Professionalism and respect toward employees are essential in a service business, and I hope higher management takes steps to address this for the sake of the hardworking team and patrons. I only came in that day to get something for me and my grandson
