  At 5:30 am, I went to Dunkin' and placed an order for a black coffee with cream and sugar on the side, as well as a macchiato with two extra pumps of caramel. Upon observing the preparation of my macchiato, I noticed the addition of whipped cream and decided to forego the caramel due to concerns about the drink's accuracy. The barista reacted argumentatively when I mentioned my concerns, so I shared my experience of working at Dunkin' for over a year and the proper way to prepare a macchiato. Despite this, I chose to take the coffee and avoid further discussion. Regrettably, my black coffee was also prepared incorrectly with cream, despite my specific instructions. I am very disappointed and will not be returning to this Dunkin' location.

  Went there to buy a frozen coffee and a cookie butter cloud latte and spend 14 bucks the frozen coffee was good and my daughter didn't like the cookie butter latte I asked the worker of he can change the drink and I was told no. So I told him he if he can add sugar and he said yes but the drink was still nasty. We will never go back to this location. Customer service sucks we were never greeted properly.

  The service here is horrible. I came to this particular location 2-3 times a week and I alway ordered an iced vanilla matcha latte. I would always ask for easy on the ice and they alway filled the cup up with ice. Last week, again in ordered an iced vanilla matcha latte and asked for light ice and it was filled to the the rim With ice.i never said anything in the past about the drink not having light ice but this time I got out and went inside and asked for it to be remade with light ice. There was a language barrier with the worker I asked to remake my drink, she could not seem to understand what light ice was. After waiting about 10 minutes I was given 1/2 cup of matcha with maybe 3 cubes of ice with whole milk when I asked for almond milk. . I asked for a refund because they could not seem to make it correctly. The guy who works the drive through refused to refund me for the 1/2 cup of matcha unless I gave the drink back. He also refused to give me his name, the manger’s name, corporate’s phone number or the store number. He was extremely rude and gave the worst customer service that I have ever experienced . I contacted corporate and was told I would get a call back in 48 hours and I have yet to receive a call and it has been 4 days. That location will never get my business and will be telling friends and family about my experience so they will not visit either. I spent a lot of money there on a weekly basis and the guy at the drive thru decided to offer poor customer service and loose a loyal customer.i even called the store and left a message for the manager to call me back and have yet to receive a call. Poor management, poor service, DO NOT visit this location!!!

  We ordered the meal combo 2 of us. Coffee was good tater tots or what ever it is that they serve with the breakfast combo was horrible . My grandkids wouldn't even eat them. They were old freezer burnt or some awful flavor that my friend said smelt like old nasty mop water Over all I will never visit this dunkins again without knowing someone else is regulating there product's Bought 50 munchkins they were okay but the rest went to the birds. We were scared to eat it and scared to bring back. U know cause some people spit in it food when u bring back and u cannot see them remake your food.

  Beautiful remodel, delicious croissants, but the guy at the drive-thru smells awful. I could smell his stench from my car. A food place should have stricter rules regarding employee hygiene.
