It is not the customers responsibility to cover the fact you decided to stop using Pennies in your business. Every penny matters in today’s economy and taking 1-4 cents from every customer that pays cash. It’s not right, you decided to stop using Pennies so you eat the cost. The Treasury is still making Pennies and they will stop going out at the beginning of 2026. Not good Business Dunkin on 103rd Street and Firestone.
