I called them at 6:07 pm. And on my receipt it says it was ready at 6:45 pm . I didn't get my pizza until 8:40 pm. I called and called and called to check on my order and one employee told me she was going out the door with my order at 8:00. I called again at 8:30 because she hadn't showed up yet and the guy said he was trying to get ahold of her but couldn't then he said she's on her way with my order. My pizza was cold and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hrs. I'm disappointed in Domino's on San juan.

According to the Tracker, my pickup time was between 9:41pm-9:51pm. I waited until 9:51, still not ready. The Tracker went up by a minute every minute afterwards. At 10pm, I inquired with staff. They're response was, "It goes by delivery. There's a lot of backup orders. But your order will be ready in another 10 minutes." SAD!

The pizza here is extraordinary, you can tell it is made with love. If you ever get a chance to check out this location I suggest you do so. Honestly it will make you have second thoughts about Domino's and you will always want to visit this location. Fantastic job Cassat Avenue Domino's, keep up the great work you guys and gals LOL
