Not a single pizza in the oven, could've easily slid the pizzas in without delaying current orders! How hard is it to read an order slip? I ordered well done, I paid for well done, I expect well done - to be flat out denied an option that is offered company wide is unacceptable. I will be in contact with cooperate :) also any time Archie is not in control of the pizzas, I have to ask for another cycle. This location wants your food out the door - they don't care if you order it well done!
