  The value of prizes to tickets have gone into the ridiculous. 4000 tix for a small sonic the Hedgehog plushie 🙄. In the bathrooms are just plain gross. A large portion of the games were out of order too. We visit once a year here, and compared to last year...we will not be returning

  Our server was a doll, but a lot of the employees were rude and unwilling to help. The kids were hungry so we wanted to sit and eat. We were directed to the front desk to be seated. There were three people who went ahead with no wait and got seated, when it came to us the girl said it would be an hour and a half wait!!!! Meanwhile there were empty tables everywhere!! I said are you kidding, she says unless you want to sit at the bar or a high top? I didn’t see any high tops so I sat at the bar where there were like six empty chairs, that way we weren’t bothering anyone, there were three of us. Server looked at us and said be right with you, ten minutes later he comes back by just to say the kids couldn’t sit at the bar! Why that wasn’t said right when we sat down and he said be right there I don’t know.. also I called ahead of time and asked if there was a fee for entry or any additional fees I was told no. We got two play cards and were charged an extra 15 dollars, I was told it was a FEE FOR THE CARDS! Not sure if we will visit this location again.

  Restaurants and gaming in one perfect to let the kids go and have fun . Food has never failed and a good selection. Service on point and periodically present . Quite pleased with the service and cleanliness of the area over all .

  Unfortunately, the experience got ruined while trying to get gift/items/goodies in exchange for tickets. They had little no zero inventory for small tickets amount. My little kid left the facility crying because even though it had 244 tickets -couldn't get anything because every option with lower count was empty. Way to go Dave & Buster's! Even talking to the cashier didn't help because like she said: " We are low in inventory"... No kidding! And let's not talk about how messy and unorganized it was... because like they said:" they are remodeling".... What I would have love was for the cashier to say something like: "Oh, we apologize for the inconvenience so here have a candy to compensate our lack of availability".... there was so much more that employee could have done when I clearly told her my kid was crying because we couldn't find anything within our 244 tickets.... is all about the expensive and the customer service killed it for me. First and last time coming here.....

  I Was there last night with a few friends, me and my boyfriend got 2 rounds of beer. Closed out the first time and kept the tab open on the second round so we could come back and get one more before we left. In the 30 minutes in between us leaving and coming back to the bar they managed to lose his card and tried to tell us the already gave it to us. The man with the long black hair and who’s a little shorter was the one who opened our tab then proceeded to give his card to the wrong person! After this had been brought to managements attention he was still handling cards and there seemed to be no reproductions on his end. I’ve been bartending since I was 18 and I have never seen anything like that happen. Over all it was a poorly handled situation and a major issue on their behalf.
