  First of all on a monday eve and out of Ribs. But The 25.00 steak shrimp sketti dish was warm not hot but dry and needs help for taste beef was dry and more like old roast beef and sauce for sketti was hardly there and the extra parmasian cheese i ordered was a extra charge on my bill but hardly any cheese came with it. The roni flat bread? Well Yuk!!! The roni was extra crispy and dried out. Not many people and could hardly find someone for refill on drinks. So for the games? Apparently upped prices to play 3 games and 39.00 eat and play was done!! So over all i will find some where else to spend my money.

  Hello, good evening. We arrived at 11:15 and the service was awful. The lady behind the bar was practically kicking us out. She gave me cold food and forced me to pay the bill before I'd even finished my meal. She even gave me another meal to take away. Terrible service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's a shame they have such bad waitstaff; I expected more from this restaurant.

  I went with my family and when we entered there was no greeting from the workers and when we got to pay for the gameplay cards the girl who was helping us wasn’t trying to upsell or wasn’t helpful it was very busy a lot of lost phones I watched many workers just look at the trash on the ground and that was everywhere and not pick it up we waited 2 hours for a table once we finally got a table the waitress was very unprofessional she didn’t even tell us her name we spent good over $300 on food and game play and was not worth the money I will Never go again this place needs new workers or needs to train there workers to be better

  I am beyond frustrated with my experience at Dave & Buster’s. It was my first time there, and I specifically asked the girl at the front desk (Jailene) to explain how everything worked. Instead, she barely said anything, loaded the cards, and handed them back without explaining the points, games, or pricing. I ended up spending almost $200 and still had no idea how the system worked. The lack of explanation and rude, dismissive attitude made me feel completely taken advantage of. For that amount of money, the customer service should have been much better. Definitely not the experience I expected.

  Thankfully we went during the week. Unfortunately we went on my birthday. The games was fun, the food was great. The situations and some of the employees made it where I will likely never come there again. We took pictures in the picture booth, and then decided ok it's time to go let's see how many tickets we have for the little one of the group. But she ran off, which is my fault. We found her in the area for the ticket prizes, my mom was checking to see how many tickets we had between us when she realized she dropped her phone when we was searching for my daughter. She was telling the lady who was at the register for the prizes and she called it over the radio and we kind of took off looking for this phone because it's also a wallet, had all the cards and cash in it. I called over a dozen times and someone finally answered I met with them only to find out the cash was gone but you can't do anything about cash being missing so it's just a big middle finger to us. But we go back to the counter where we was figuring out our tickets because they got left there only for someone to have taken them and the person who literally works the counter being oblivious to anything so.... Ton of money on cards that someone else ended up with on top of lost cash... This isn't the place for me. Though with all fairness it might be a place for you. But I don't want to be around people like this. Head in the clouds along with literal thieves, I'm not interested. It taught me some lessons. Things could have been worse, just a crap timing considering it was my birthday.
