When we received them, there was barely any caramel and hardly any peanuts at all. We asked the employee about it, and she told us that was the extra caramel—then added that the pump “wasn’t working well.” We asked to speak with a manager, but she refused to give us any additional caramel and wasn’t polite about it. The only thing she offered was to remake the sundaes, which doesn’t really fix the issue when we’re being told the pump isn’t working in the first place. For two large sundaes at $16.61, I expected much better quality and customer service. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to Dairy Queen.

Tried ordering a vanilla sundae with peanut butter, hot fudge, and chocolate chunks (known as a peanut butter bash) but was told they couldn’t do it. Not because they were out of anything, but because the employee couldn’t figure out how to do it. Seemed simple enough. They lost my business. I was a regular in another area but recently moved out here. Absolutely ridiculous.
