  Weird rule: adults cannot order food in person. Food is good. I've eaten here at least 10 times in the last year. Today I walk in at 2:30 p.m., I'm the only customer in the building. I order a steak quesadilla. She starts putting the toppings on a tiny tortilla. When I point it out, she says it's a kids meal. When I questioned further, she says they have a rule that you can only order kids meals at the counter. If you want an adult meal, you must order online in advance. I was just here last month, never heard of such a thing. But she said it's been a rule as long as she's worked there. First of all, I think that rule is really strange. I was the only one in the building--it's not like they had heavy traffic to deal with. But she wouldn't make me an adult portion. Secondly, if you're going to enforce a rule like that, you should train the employees to explain that to people while they are ordering. No customer is going to guess that's such a rule exists. When a grown man orders a quesadilla, they shouldn't just start making the kids meal without clarifying, so I know what I'm getting. I may order online sometimes. But I guess next time I'm in the mood for something spur of the moment, I will find a different restaurant.

  Everytime, I go to the beach Blvd store, this same guy is always in hurry and don't give you the amount of meat for your money. So I stopped going to the one on beach and university. I only went today, because I got gas next door. But that's it for me.

  The guy was pretty rude to my friend and I. No greeting and the most lousy scoop of steak, didn't hand me the bowl to either of us after we paid and slid the cups at us over the counter. Food was alright but bottom of the barrel. Half the tables were visibly dirty and only 1 of 4 agua frescas were stocked...

  Came in today. Went to look for utensils. The area had a few crumbs and food around it. I felt it was unsanitary, so I asked for Togo silverware which they said they didn’t have. I’m sorry how are they doing to-go orders if they do not have wrapped utensils or atleast fresh ones that aren’t exposed to crumbs and soda and food sauce in the back? My dad also felt it was unsanitary so he wiped his utensils down with a napkin. Kind of disappointing , I just saved my food for at home. Won’t be back to this one or any others. Almost $40 for just two people and can’t even get Togo silverware 😂😂😂 and they wonder why fast food is tanking in this economy. I mean seriously, I ate out of college dining halls for 4 years of my life where we had to grab forks and spoons and knives the same way and the area was always clean and spotless! Mind you there were THOUSANDS of students being served, not the little crowd that a local Chipotle gets, yet it was still kept clean. If they aren’t going to give us the option on Togo silverware, at-least keep the utensil area clean and wiped down!!! On top that the queso was very thick and dry. Looked OLD
