  My sister is blind and in a nursing home. I don't ever go here and rarly do fast food. It was her Birthday and she wanted a steak challupa with everything on it. Well first I was told they take to long to make so you have order it on line. When I ask how long it take to make one, I had to ask 3 times before I got the real answer of about 5 minutes. So I download the app, and try to order but it doesnt let you put anything on the challupa,I thought they would put it on but they told me nooo that would be a burrito. Uh I'm pretty sure you can put some brown rice and a little hot sauce, a dab of sc, and a dab of guacamole slap a tortilla on top of steak and cheese with other tort and grill the sucker like TEXMEX PEOPLE DO. Im sure you could let people order from the counter when there isn't another sole in there but the workers. Then perhaps you could tell them you dont put anything on your food they request. You'd think forv$23 bucks it would be fresh food but it wasn't and service would be 1/2 decent but it wasn't. That was just her food. I didn't get anything for myself cause it just didn't look good to me.

  Ordered a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 6:50 PM. I did not receive it till 7:20 PM. Saw the in store line go through three times and empty while I waited for my mobile order. Saw the cashier be rude to a customer and tell her to calm down even though she had been waiting 35 minutes for her mobile order. Do not do mobile orders at this store. You are better off getting in line than doing a mobile order. This inefficiency was caused by allocating one person to mobile orders while four employees managed the in store line. You dont even have the option to cancel your order so you are stuck if you do a mobile order. Chipotle used to be my favorite place to grab a quick bit, but I will not be returning to this location.

  Had the restaurant doors locked so you could not get in to get your order unless a random customer opened the door for you. Completely ignored me while I'm sitting there waiting for my food, no trash can in the lobby and they made my bowl wrong. I've never had an experience like this at any restaurant before in my entire life and I will never frequent this location ever again. How can you lock customers out of your business during your hours of operation?

  The store is supposed to open at 10:45am and opened their doors at 11:05. I was told I couldn’t order steak because it wasn’t ready yet, meanwhile they walked over a fresh batch to the counter that was preparing takeout orders. There was an entire line of people waiting to order in person that only had chicken as a meat option. At least five customers left while waiting for the store to open. Every time I’ve ordered online through the app my order has been very small and missing items so I tried to go in person and it was still very frustrating. What should’ve been a ten minute ordeal turned into a 30 minute plus situation.

  This place sucks I usually have issues cause they only have 1 person working the line but today took the cake , I always order a veggie bowl (it comes with guacamole), today they were off veggie and sofritas. I asked if hey since you’re out of your only veggie options can I get some extra guac she said , guac is extra for all bowls. I said no it’s not she said “yup, and rolled her eyes” I then asked to check the carry out bar and she said “I can’t walk over there”. I left… chipotle has gone down him this, one even faster than most.
