  DO NOT GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE! The MANAGER used their phone with gloves on and proceeded to make food with those SAME gloves. She was absolutely rude, when I asked her how her day was going she said “Bowl? Rice, beans, meat?”. How are you in the service industry with that disgusting attitude… This young lady needs a reality check. My husband should have never even spent a dime in this Chipotle. Let’s not forget one of the employees was sampling some of the meat AND DID NOT CHANGE HER GLOVES afterwards. What happened to food safety? Very disappointing! Zero stars was my initial rating but clearly it’s not an option. Do better!

  I go to chipotle often & normally go to the most convenient one. The times I have gone here were the worst experiences. Once I got charged for two entrees when I only ordered one “because it was basically the size of two” -words from the manager. You can charge me for my add ons but if you want to charge me for two go ahead and make me another one. I went again today for mobile pickup & there was no guacamole, no queso, no sour cream, no green salsa, barely any pico and some chicken in my Sofrito burrito (i’m allergic to chicken) even the app chat bot would not help me, offered me a free drink and side of queso. How does that make any sense? It is convenient being able to pick up through a drive through but a store not even having a phone to call about a replacement and arguing with AI for 30min because they always mess up at this store will make me go to a different location. This store deserves the 2 star average rating it has.

  If I could leave zero stars I would. I’ll preface by saying we did go late at night, but still had an hour until closing. Several of the food options were out. That’s understandable. I wouldn’t have felt the need to leave this review if that was the only complaint. Problems started when the worker making our food couldn’t even speak to us, but just stood and stared and would point at food options. It wasn’t because she couldn’t speak, she just couldn’t be bothered. Then, paid for two drinks. Go over to the drink station, the only option available was soda, which we don’t drink. Teas were already removed for the evening, as was the lemonades. Again, went kind of late, and it’s annoying that they already started their pre closing, but no problem. No, the issue then came when I asked for a refund for the drinks and the female who couldn’t speak to us while making the food got snarky when I asked for a refund. I explained that we didn’t drink soda and would just get water, but I’m not paying $6 and some change for water. The attitude she got with me was uncalled for. Rolled her eyes and muttered under her breath the entire time. Went to sit down to eat, discovered in one of the meals, there was a hair. On the other order where we did a side of queso, the queso was so old and congealed, it looked like botched jello. It is sad when looking back, dinner at McDonalds would have tasted better and provided a better experience.

  The whole service line was not welcoming and very rude to me and other customers standing in line . My order was rushed , I couldn’t understand what the girl was saying so she kept repeating herself like a robot with a nasty attitude. Each person that help me down the line where clearly aggravated and was just throwing all are food together with no care . Both me and another customer was so nervous to order food that we were forgetting other ingredients we wanted and when we asked for them the team members looked at each other rolling eyes and breathing hard . Very unprofessional, i just wanted lunch . I left the store highly disappointed . Whatever team works lunch hours between 12- 1 needs more customer service training. That’s was ridiculous (106) store
