I got my base (rice,chicken, fajita veggies) and she took my bowl to the drive thru and never came back. I had to tell 2 employees that she just took my bowl back there for no reason. Every experience Ive had in this chipotle has been negative. I truly hope it gets shut down.

Whoever is prepping the chicken needs to put the apron down and never step in a kitchen again. I love chipotle but I will never visit this one again. This place needs a corporate intervention. Replace the entire staff. Line cooks this bad have terrible managers.

As far as the service goes for when the store is actually open, they are the most frugal when it comes to toppings. I asked for double chicken and the server actually removed some after adding what just looked like a regular amount. I’ve learned that I have to say double chicken AFTER they have already added a serving to actually get the amount I’m paying for. Not many smiles at this place. I understand this isn’t a dream job and no one truly wants to work here but as someone who worked in food as a starter job, I should not be able to tell that the employees are unhappy here. This is nothing against chipotle itself, this is the location. It’s the newest and I was excited because it’s so close to home but I rather take the extra drive to beach going forward. I will never do online orders because if I am not in front of the preparations, my portions are significantly smaller. I’m driving to pick it up anyways and the line moves fast all the time. Might as well get the most of what is near $15. “Sorry for the inconvenience” no need to apologize at this point for simply being who you are. Let me know when there’s a revision in this locations management.
