- ESEric SmithMar 2, 20262.0Went around 5:30pm on a Sunday. They were out of chicken… lady to us to “move over there and wait”. Didn’t take long. We ordered 2 double chicken bowls and the portions were completely different in each bowl. Person making the bowls was clearly having a bad day and was visibly completely over it. They got realllly mad when another customer asked for vinaigrette and was mumbling gruntled statements about it under their breath but we heard it clearly. Really annoyed when I ordered on too. Bad look. Out of forks and napkins when we went to grab them. Had to wait way too long to get them. Missing chips, drink cups and side tortillas we ordered. Absolutely no attention to detail. The one good thing… big man with the dreads that was on the grill station, we got his fresh chicken right off the grill and DAYUM. Best chicken I’ve ever had from Chipotle, no cap. The service was awful but the food was great.

How could there be no steak at 2 o clock on a Monday. Overall this is the worst chipotle in Jacksonville and the management should be ashamed.

Furthermore, on this particular day today the staff never smiled, never greeted us, and their energy felt hostile and tense, as if our presence was a bother. No worries, we won't be returning.
