  They weren't ready when they opened, chairs were still up, guacamole wasn't ready someone told me it needed to be "chilled" I was confused because guacamole is never warm. Food was good like usual though. If they're not ready by 10:45 might as well just open at 11 🤷‍♀️ also the worker that looks like Melissa Mcarthy had subpar customer service

  Came shortly after opening, store was clearly not ready for business. I only came because h had a gift card, I’ve never had chipotle before and probably won’t go again due to my experience. Chairs were all up on the tables/ not ready for customers, I was the first customer, I stood longer than necessary to be greeted and helped. I wish I got the name of the lady working the registers because she clearly did not like her job. Was short in her responses and in need of some customer service training. I asked for a large drink, they were out of those cups. Food tasted okay but portions might as well have been a kids meal. I go to get a drink and the nozzles for the soft drinks were sitting in a tub of, I’m assuming, water? And the nozzles were moldy. Just out there for customers to see. Absolutely disgusted, I didn’t finish my food or drink. As a former restaurant employee, the condition and service of this store was appalling.

  The biggest issue with this particular location is the bald, body builder manager/owner. He is always so incredibly rude and dismissive to his patrons and to his employees. I wouldn't be surprised if an employee has filed a harassment suit against him for verbal abuse. He acts like he is running a cross fit gym and everyone eating there should be shamed. He really seems to get off on embarrassing his employees in front of customers. If you are an employee of this Chipotle...RUN!! You can find work somewhere else and be treated like a human and not a dog.

  I don’t know what’s going on with the Chipotle locations in Jacksonville, but they keep getting worse every day, and this one is no exception. The employees do not provide good customer service, the food is terrible, and it is always dirty.

  I ordered a pick up order thru the mobile app on my lunch break. The bag said my name I picked up drove back to work and went to go eat and there was a wrong name on the bowl and it was a completely different order . Very disappointed. I was starving and couldn’t eat the order because im allergic to avocado and it was covered in guacamole. Didn’t have time to go all the way back
