    This place was an absolute mess. They had roughly 7 employee working in the front and half of them were standing around doing nothing. Felt bad for the employees that were working so hard. People were walking out because they were tired of waiting. My visit happened from 9-9:30PM on 1/3/26. I have never seen a chipotle so disorganized and disgusting before. Super disappointing.

    This location is very unorganized, everybody trying to jump over everybody doing the same work. I did an online order this morning. And found out that I had to do a refund, but then I couldn't do the. Refund, because her system was down. So then I had to stay in line and wait a 1 hour for six people to make my bowl. I don't know who the district manager is. Or the manager, but can you please get your store in shape? You're failing them destin

    This was the absolute worst experience we have ever had in a dining experience. We came in at 7 PM on a Monday night and waited 40 minutes in line to be told that they were out of more than half of the items in the food bar. Additionally, they told us we couldn’t buy any chips because they were all out even though you could clearly see them behind the counter. I asked to speak to the manager and the lady that came out Told us she was the apprentice manager and she was awful. She resolved nothing. She was very rude and condescending. I cannot say enough, awful things about this location.

    We actually took a break from coming to this chipotle for almost two years due to terrible service before we decided to try it again and each time the service gets worse and worse. We always order online for pickup and the order is never ready, even when we choose to leave our house at the time it’s due to be ready. They will serve the entire line before they work on any online orders and our order is always at least 25minutes late. The food is always good but the service is beyond terrible.

    I’m a loyal Chipotle customer, but this is by far the most disgusting and disorganized Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I was just there (Sunday 12/21/25 at 5:30pm) and the assembly line counter was disgusting—hadn’t been wiped easily in hours—and what’s worse is that the girl making the bowls/burritos was leaning on the counter, touching her hat, pants, and apron with the SAME GLOVES she’s using to GRAB THE TOPPINGS. I was so disgusted I considered leaving, but I had already paid. Not only that, but I placed my pick-up order at 5pm, arrived at 5:30pm, and didn’t walk out with my order until 6pm… only to realize my burrito was completely wrong. While they did remake it no problem, I just couldn’t help but feel sick to my stomach at how dirty and unsanitary this Chipotle is being managed. So disappointing and will surely never go back.
